Anybody tried Samual Adams, had a few when I was in the states recently. Really nice, had a nice flavour to it. I don't usually like dark coloured beers?

saint ettiene (think thats how its spelt) less then a 10er for 12 cans in aldi and is spot on. grand beer so it is. nice 4.8% aswel

Off to Berlin this weekend, any recommendations on beers to try (all of them is a valid reply).
Berliner Weiss is lovely. (Pronounced Berliner vice).

Forgot to mention Berliner Dunkel as well. They'll love you forever for drinking that stuff... and it's gorgeous.

I tried out a Belgian beer there, Leffe Blonde. I didn't like it at all, its flavoured with spices.
I really like Leffe Blonde but Leffe Brune is so much nicer.

That Berliner Weiss stuff was awful, way too sweet for my tastes. Berliner Kindl was a nice enough beer. Edelstoff was by far the nicest, a really lovely beer.
