I'm heading out to see the new Curragh today. Hopefully this one starts the day off well! Also gone for Skardu e/w in the 2000 Guineas.

2 year olds sometimes they show up well at home and get to the course and flop. Very common

Unusual for one from this stable to miss the break, but next time will know better probably over 6 furlongs

Sorry fridge, just seeing this. Immaterial now on Skardu's price anyway - just pipped for 3rd. Very good winner of the race as put up by Typhoon in the other thread.

The Curragh was lovely. The new stand even has cushioned seats. The luxury!

Aye clancy. Upturned milk crates at the point-to-point track with a warm ham sandwich in the pocket.

    Update

After finishing 2nd in a Group 3 then ran a cracker to finish 5th on Sunday in the 1,000 Guineas.

Will get a big pot this summer and probably at very decent odds

Unplaced, but did well to get into contention as jumping was poor

Though he made hard work of landing the odds tonight I do think Harpo Marx is a colt to follow this summer in better races
