Invincibella found her recent nursery pretty tough, so returns to a race against her own sex but has plenty of weight to contend with. She seems still in good form, so we will hope for another decent run from her. Little word and that's what trainer says. In and around 6/1. 2015 Wolver

    Scorpion Sid 1255 Haydock.

Scorpion Sid was a decent novice hurdler and jumps fences well. 2m on good ground was too sharp a test last time, but this looks more realistic. Providing the ground doesn’t dry today he looks to have a decent chance here. Trainer quote

You're band 19.25 Cc. Dows horse is the danger but supposedly will need the run
So we are 9/4 which is short enough but if we win .. Happy out!

DRUMMER JACKWilliam MuirOn his first three runs he behaved really badly and colty, so we gelded him. On his last run he hung very badly, so we couldnít ride him out because he was hanging so bad. We think we have ironed that out at home and he is in good order. It is a similar race to last time and if he doesnít hang, though drawn a bit wide, he must go there with a chance. Its a race thatís competitive, but he has to be one of the more fancied runners in the race I should imagine.

Nice horse, who won round Plumpton over course and distance, has ran in two competitive handicaps since, back in novice company today, so should go close.

    HOLLANDER

    William Muir

Ran well last time, didn’t feel that Lingfield suited him, he never seems to run well there as he loses his position down the hill and I just don’t think that was the place to go, so we made a conscious decision to go to Wolverhampton. I think he gets the 6f comfortably and I think he is in really good shape and I am expecting a really good run.

    YOUNG LIEUTENANT

    Warren Greatrex

Ran very well on debut and has improved for this. Hoping he will get his head in front today before he moves on to a hurdling campaign.

    SAMMY BILL

    Oliver Sherwood

Sammy Bill is a new horse of Mr Hemmings’ bought after finishing second in a point-to-point. We really like him and he jumps well, it might be a tad on the short side but it is a lovely big galloping track for him to start off. He is a real proper chaser.

    LORNA COLE

    William Muir

She’s done nothing wrong in the three runs she’s had. She’s won two and seems to be improving. This is the first time she’s got a good draw and she goes there with a chance of continuing on a good way. I don’t know if the handicapper is right but we’ll find that out today.

    BIG BAD LOL

    Ed Walker

Big Bad Lol has been remarkably consistent and really deserves to get his head in front. Hopefully the experience of the very much in form David Probert will see him get back in front.

    ARLECCHINO’S ARC

    Mark Usher

I think Arlecchino's Arc has nearly a favourites chance. He’s been a bit frustrating and he’s drawn a bit wide but I think he’s got a winning chance.

Get on Osbourne in the last. This is the worst race she has run in so she has a big chance. The only negative is they forgot to declare the tongue strap which brought about improvement lto.
