Boom boom Taylor had 2 more winners today after 3 or 4 winners yesterday! He must be 1 of the all time greatest tipsters.

    Hello mate,

As you know, i dont follow tipsters, (or anybody for that matter), so i didnt know that. But what i do know is that he is very good at what he does. He obviously spends a lot of time researching his picks and the efforts are well rewarded.
Good luck to him i say.

I Give a lot of them a cursory glance but pay more attention to some more than others- to be fair I don’t pay much attention to his as its fairly pointless backing a horse at half the price it was advised at!

Exactly mate. Thats why nearly every single one of my bets is made the night before and i'm trying to get on as soon as the prices come out. There are plenty of people out there who spend just as much time as me studying and if i dont dive in and get the price, i'm certain that they will. And i hear these people saying "you're just marking the bookies card, why dont you wait until the morning and get a bigger price". Bigger price ???? Says who ???? Reality is that if i dont take the 14/1 straight away and leave it until the morning then i'm fairly sure the others will dive in and i will get the 8/1 and 9/1 scraps. I will do what i want to do !!!!! I cant remember if it was ONEDUNME or Clancy who said "since when has gambling been a team game" ! Absolutely spot on. So i make my pick, find its a general 14/1, wait until the morning until its been picked over, and then Hugh Taylor puts it up, and i have to make do with 9/2 !?!?

I'll play it the way i want to play it and "they" can play it their way.

Good luck to him and anyone who follows him. I do sometimes wonder though how far below the prices he quotes people are prepared to go. I cant imagine there is ANYBODY who got all three top prices on those horses today. So how much lower do they take before they say to themselves "its too short now". Thats if they say that at all.
What makes me laugh though are the firms who are sat watching for his tips coming through and are refreshing, and refreshing, and refreshing again until they show. And in the blink of an eye the price has been slashed. Just like they used to when Tom Seagulls Pricewise tips were coming out at 8.00 on a Friday night.

    Muppets !

You have less than 20 seconds to get on at the price advised by Jinxy Taylor, I tried a few times refreshing the Twitter and As soon as he posted trying to place the bet. Usually I failed only occassiobaly getting on before the price dropped, great tipster probably the best there is

You have the time it takes for the bot operator to slash the price. There are still people who dont realise that as the punter on the street is watching for the tip, the bot operators are watching as well. The punter sees the price and clicks onto his "bookie" but he is already too late because they are watching as well. Its laughable really but thankfully it has never, and never will, bother or concern me.
But as you say, he is very good and although i dont take any notice of "tipsters", i know enough to say he is definitely number one.

  10. 1 Thanks from:

Sorry for late reply mate, cracked a bottle open.

I only did four races in total and the only race where i had an opinion was the Nottingham 3.15. That said, the price was too short for me. I actually liked the look of two in the race, Stynes and Caracas but the 3/1 around for Stynes is a bit too skinny. This thing has every chance and must go well but i had it a little bit bigger.
Caracas has been threatening to win a race and there was plenty of money around for him last time. He hasnt had much luck in running in his past few races but hopefully he'll get a clear passage here. The concern with him is that this is his fifteenth race but it will be his first on turf. Then again, this surface may bring about some improvement from him and he also has a first time visor on. His trainer, Kevin Frost, has had a couple of winners lately and he shouldnt be far away.

    Fancy owt yourself ?

Dunno if you saw the race mate, but "you know who" did the forecast and was screaming because she thought Caracas had been caught for second and wasnt a very happy bunny. (I have to admit, i did as well).

No problem. I'm having a look now and it looks like a nighmare of a card to be picking winners from (to my eyes anyway). I'm currently locked in an argument with myself over the merits of the top and bottom weights in the 230 race and it's doing my head in.
